socialurbanflows.com is published by its editors. For anything on this page, write to hello@socialurbanflows.com.

The contact form collects the name you type, your email address, the subject you select and the text of your message. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no account to create.

We use that data to answer you and, where you have sent a correction, to check it against published material. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence, or your consent where you have given it through the form.

Correspondence is kept while a matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a correction can be traced back to its source. After that it is deleted.

The hosting provider keeps server logs, which normally include the IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser string. Logs exist for security and for keeping the site running, and they are kept for a short period before deletion.

There is no analytics on this site, no tracking, no advertising pixels and no third-party cookies. The site stores nothing in your browser: the single script on these pages opens and closes the menu, and it saves no data anywhere.

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service to load them; the request reaches Google as part of normal font delivery.

Data is processed by our hosting provider and email provider, acting on our instructions. Where processing takes place outside your country, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@socialurbanflows.com and we will respond.

You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
